About Mimi

 

 

Mimi Le Meaux is an award winning burlesque stripteaser and actress.  Performing burlesque since the early 90's and is known for being one of the pioneers in the revival in the art of burlesque. Her credits include producer, artistic director, co-producer, choreographer, dancer, actress. Mimi is a recognized union member of ADAMI and SACD in France and Europe for her status as a professional stage and screen artist.   Having toured worldwide in prestigious renowned theatres in Europe with burlesque groups and as a solo artist,  She has taught burlesque classes all over the world.  Mimi has walked the red carpets of Cannes, France for her starring role in Mathieu Amalric's "Tournee" that was nominated for the coveted Palm D'or in 2010, winning the best director and fipresci awards. It was also nominated for seven Cesar Awards.

Mimi is a San Diego native and was the first to bring the new burlesque revival back to San Diego. Now after many years of traveling and performing with some of the top burlesque artists in the world, she wants to bring her 20 plus years experience and knowledge back to her home town!  If you are looking for a fun, self empowering, light hearted, exciting and sexy experience, you've found it.  All sizes of women and dance levels are welcome!
